Due to the international character of the event, the registration form is in English.
 
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON 1st of AUGUST 2026.

Registration reserves a spot at the event for 7 days and is validated with payment. After 7 days (from the date of receiving the confirmation e-mail from us) without payment, the spot will be considered free and registration cancelled.

HEMA Slovenica 2026 is organized by HEMA Federation of Slovenia (HEMAZS).

Event Application

The fee for the event:
Early bird (until 30 June 2026) - 145 EUR
Full price (from 1 July to 1 August) - 165 EUR
 
The event fee includes:
  • participation in workshops, extra activities and sparring,
  • one lunch each day with refreshments & coffee during the breaks,
  • Saturday dinner and
  • the welcome pack.
Accommodation is not provided by us, however feel free to contact us should you need assistance when booking your stay (i. e. translation, advice on location,...).
 
After submitting your registration, we will send a confirmation email with all the necessary payment information. If you do not receive our email within 3 days of registration, please check the spam folder and then notify us via email if you do not find it (info@hemaslovenica.eu).

Food (Dietary Restrictions)

We shall provide lunch (a hot, freshly cooked meal) on both days of the event. We will also provide  the Saturday dinner in a lovely establishment in Ljubljana. During the day, there will be self-service drinks and snacks. The lunch for both days and the Saturday dinner are included in the fee.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know here. We will do our very best to provide suitable alternatives for you.

HEMA Slovenica T-Shirt

We are proud to provide our legendary HEMA Slovenica T-shirts with a cool and captivating design. The T-shirt is included in the registration fee. Please mark your size and preferred design below.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate for changes as best as we can. If you realise you won't be able to attend HEMA Slovenica, please consult our cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation by  15 July 2026

    • If you cancel your registration by 15 July 2026, 100% of your registration fee will be returned.

    • Refund amount: 165 € (145 € early bird)

     

  2. Cancellation by (including) 20 August 2026

    • If you cancel your registration by (including) 20 August 2026, approx. 50% of your registration fee will be returned.

    • Refund amount: 80 € (70 € early bird)

For cancellations after 20 August 2026 we are unable to offer any refunds.

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at socio.aad@gmail.com, and we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Insurance Policy

Please note that the registration fee does not include insurance coverage. All attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and the security of their belongings during the event. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend that participants obtain their own travel and health insurance.
